Cyrille, who has always been passionate about wine, chose to move into the wine industry in 2014. Looking for an estate, he fell under the exceptional charm of the 3 Orris site which he decided to acquire in 2016. Judith and Xavier, Cyrille's brother, joined him in this project.
The Domaine des Trois Orris is located at an altitude of 600 metres in the commune of Tarerach (Pyrénées-Orientales 66), in the heart of the Roussillon wine region.
It consists of 13 hectares of vines and 43 hectares of moorland on a land of schist and granite arenas facing the Canigou. Classified as organic, it offers a choice of authentic and natural wines that respect the land. The altitude of the site allows the grapes to be harvested at perfect maturity, which brings elegance and freshness to the wines. The very low yields obtained allow us to favour an exclusively qualitative approach.
